First start up

4.1 �npacking
1. Remove the packaging paying attention to nails
detaching.

After unpacking check the integrity of
JUMBO TCS 52 ANW MAXI and check that no compo-
nents are visibly damaged. In case of doubt do not
proceed to start-up and contact a qualified technici-

2. Take out of the transport crate the standard accesso-
ries and the packaging materials.

Dispose correctly of packaging material, hand it over
to the designated collection points.

Machine positioning

1. Insert the appropriate lifting belts (length belt 1: 1.5
Mt, belt 2: 2 Mt), with sufficient capacity, as shown.

It is necessary to lift the machine slowly.

2. Lift the JUMBO TCS 52 ANW MAXI with a lift crane
and install it in the chosen area respecting the mini-
mum distances shown in the picture.

For safe and ergonomic use of the
JUMBO TCS 52 ANW MAXI it is recommended to
leave a minimum of 750 mm space from the nearest
wall and of 900 mm from the ceiling.
