Problem
No sound from Toslink input socket.
No sound from Bluetooth playback.
It is not possible to make a Bluetooth
connection.
Loss of sound during Bluetooth playback.
No sound from the active subwoofer
connected

Possible cause and/or solution
The mains switch on the electronics unit is
not switched on (underside of now! Sound
Panel). To access the mains switch of the
electronics unit when the now! Sound Pa-
nel is already assembled, please read the
hülsta assembly instructions provided.
The cable is not connected correctly or is
defective.
Please ensure that the Toslink cable is not
jammed in or twisted.
Ensure that the now! Sound Panel ap-
pears in the list of receivable units on
your Bluetooth unit (name: NOW! Sound)
and a Bluetooth connection has been
made to the now! Sound Panel.
Press the BT button on the remote control.
There is already a Bluetooth connection to
another unit. Please deactivate the exis-
ting connection and try again.
The range of 5 – 10 m for the Bluetooth
connection has been exceeded or there
are obstacles such as room walls or doors
affecting transmission.
If an Internet stream/radio is being used as
a playback source via the Bluetooth source
feed, please check to see if the Internet/
W-LAN connection is working properly.
The mains power switch on the active sub-
woofer is not switched on.
T he mains c able is defe c ti ve or not
plugged in.
The signal cable (cinch) is defective or not
correctly inserted (Panel = SubOut – active
subwoofer = Line IN/Input)
The Auto Power Down function has switched
itself on – switch the now! Sound Panel
back on it by pressing the power button on
the remote control unit supplied.
