PREPARAZIONE DELLA MACCHINA PER LA
DISTRIBUZIONE DI PRODOTTI IN POLVERE
MONTAGGIO KIT
- Montare il comando dosatore (A, Fig.73) sull'impugnatura
(B) tramite le quattro viti (C, Fig.74). L'uscita delle polveri
viene regolata tramite la rotazione della leva (D) nelle po-
sizioni da 1 (minima portata) a 20 (massima portata).
- Montare il gruppo dosatore (E, Fig.75) tramite le sei viti
(F).
ATTENZIONE! - Prestare attenzione all'inserimen-
to nella propria sede delle tre guarnizioni OR (G),
lubrificandole con silicone liquido. In caso con-
trario non è garantita la tenuta.
- Inserire nel suo alloggiamento il convogliatore (H, Fig.76)
ATTENZIONE! - Prestare attenzione all'inserimen-

toio (L), lubrificandola con silicone liquido. In ca-
so contrario non è garantita la tenuta.
- Montare il serbatoio polveri (M, Fig.77), fissandolo con i
due pomelli (N). I due pomelli (N) devono essere recupe-
rati dal supporto per liquidi.
- Togliere il tappo (P, Fig.78) e smontare la fascetta (R) per
disimpegnare il tubo flessibile (S). Inserire il cavo (T,
Fig.79) nel tubo flessibile (S). Quindi fissare cavo antista-
tico (T, Fig.80) e catenella (U) sul gomito (V) con la vite
(Z) e il dado (K). Il cavo (T) deve rimanere alloggiato
all'interno del tubo per "catturare" le cariche elettrostati-
che, che verranno scaricate a terra tramite la catenella
(U). Nel montaggio del tubo flessibile (S) prestare atten-
zione alla tacca di accoppiamento.Nel rimontare la fascet-
ta (R), inserire nell'occhiello i cavi flessibili dell'accelerato-
re e del comando dosatore polveri.
ATTENZIONE! – È di fondamentale importanza
uitilizzare sempre la catenella (U, Fig. 79-80). Il
mancato utilizzo può causare la combustione
delle polveri più infiammabili (zolfo, ecc.) a cau-
sa delle scariche elettrostatiche.

FOR DUSTING OPERATION
ASSEMBLING THE KIT
- Fit the metering control (A, Fig.73) to the handle (B) with
the four screws (C, Fig.74). When dusting, delivery is
regulated by rotating the lever (D) through the positions
from 1 (minimum flow) to 20 (maximum flow).
- Fit the metering unit (E, Fig.75) with the six screws (F).
WARNING! - Be certain to replace the three O-
rings (G) in their seats, lubricating them with
liquid silicone. If this is not done, the sealing
action will not be guaranteed.
- Locate the duct (H, Fig.76) in its housing.
WARNING! - Be certain to replace the tank seal (L)
in the relative seat, lubricating it with liquid
silicone. If this is not done, the sealing action will
not be guaranteed.
- Fit the powder tank (M, Fig.77), securing it with the two
knobs (N). The two knobs (N) must be taken from the
liquid tank bracket.
- Remove the plug (P, Fig.78) and undo the clip (R) to
release the hose (S). Insert the cable (T, Fig.79) into the
hose (S). Now fix the antistatic cable (T, Fig.80) and chain
(U) to the elbow (V) with the bolt (Z) and nut (K). The
cable (T) must remain inside the hose in order to
"capture" electrostatic charges, which are discharged to
earth by way of the chain (U). When fitting the hose (S),
be certain to locate the coupling notch. When refitting the
clip (R), insert the throttle and powder metering control
cables through the eye.
WARNING! – It is particularly important always to
use the chain (U Fig. 79-80). Failure to fit the
chain could result in combustion of the more
inflammable dust particles (sulphur, etc.) caused
by electrostatic discharges.

MONTAGE DU KIT
- Monter la commande de dosage (A, Fig.73) sur la
poignée (B) à l'aide des quatre vis (C, Fig.74). Pour régler
la distribution des produits en poudre, tourner le levier (D)
sur les positions de 1 (débit minimum) à 20 (débit
maximum).
- Monter le groupe de dosage (E, Fig.75) à l'aide des six
vis (F).
ATTENTION! - Vérifier si les trois joints toriques
(G) sont bien installés dans leur siège et les
lubrifier avec de la silicone liquide. Dans le cas
contraire, l'étanchéité ne sera pas garantie.
- Introduire le convoyeur (H, Fig.76) dans son logement.
ATTENTION! - Vérifier si le joint du réservoir (L)
est bien installé dans son siège et le lubrifier avec
de la silicone liquide. Dans le cas contraire,
l'étanchéité ne sera pas garantie.
- Monter le réservoir des produits en poudre (M, Fig.77) en
le fixant à l'aide des deux pommeaux (N). Récupérer les
deux pommeaux (N) sur le support des produits liquides.
- Déposer le bouchon (P, Fig.78) et démonter le collier (R)
pour dégager le tuyau flexible (S). Introduire le câble (T,
Fig.79) dans le tuyau flexible (S). Fixer le câble
antistatique (T, Fig.80) et la chaînette (U) sur le coude (V)
à l'aide de la vis (Z) et de l'écrou (K). Le câble (T) doit
rester à l'intérieur du tuyau pour "capturer" les charges
électrostatiques qui seront ensuite déchargées au sol à
travers la chaînette (U). Lors du montage du tuyau
flexible (S), faire attention au cran d'accouplement. Lors
du remontage du collier (R), introduire les câbles flexibles
de l'accélérateur et de la commande de dosage des
produits en poudre dans l'oeillet.
ATTENTION ! – Il est absolument essentiel de
toujours utiliser la chaînette (U, Fig. 79-80). Le
fait de ne pas l'utiliser risque de provoquer la
combustion des poudres les plus inflammables
(soufre,
etc.)
à
