3 Applications
The PA-24RCD, a combination of a CD/ MP3
player and an FM RDS tuner, is ideally suited
for PA systems, e. g. to provide background
music in waiting rooms or seating areas. It is
possible to replay standard audio CDs as well as
MP3 files* from CDs, USB storage devices and
SD/SDHC memory cards (FAT16/FAT32, max.
32 GB).
Two operating modes are available: In the
mode "Single", either the signal of the CD/MP3
player or the signal of the tuner can be sent to a
mutual output; in the mode "Dual", the two sig-
nals are sent to separate outputs.
The unit is designed for installation into a rack
(482 mm/ 19"), but may also be used as a
desktop unit. Rack installation requires 1 RS
(rack space = 44.45 mm).
* The unit also supports the replay of files in the WMA
format.
