RESERVOIR DE LIQUIDE
• Réservoir de type vertical, équipé de vannes
d'isolement sur entrée et sortie, d'une
soupape de sécurité simple.
• Départ liquide équipé d'un boîtier filtre
déshydrateur démontable avec cartouche
remplaçable, d'une vanne de charge,
d'un voyant hygroscopique et d'une vanne
d'isolement.
CONDENSEUR
BATTERIES :
Association de tubes en cuivre et d'ailettes
aluminium, aux profils spécialement
développés pour la condensation, garantis
sant une évacuation optimale de la chaleur.
Tubes et ailettes sont intimement et
définitivement assemblés par l'expansion
mécanique des tubes.
L'emploi de machines de dernière génération
à chaque étape de fabrication, nous permet
de produire des échangeurs de très haute
qualité.
Ecartement standard des ailettes : 2,12 mm.
D'autres matériaux sont disponibles sur
demande dans le cas d'utilisation dans des
atmosphères salines ou polluées :
- Tubes cuivre / ailettes aluminium protection
Vinyl.
- Tubes cuivre / ailettes aluminium protection
spécifique.
VENTILATION :
Selon modèles 2, 3 ou 4 ventilateurs
hélicoïdes diamètre 630 avec grilles.
Les vitesses de rotation sont adaptées à
chaque modèle de condenseur.
• Tension : 400V(+7%/-10%)/~3/50Hz, pour
les modèles PH
• Protection IP54 (CEI 34-5), trous de purge
et étanchéité d'arbre.
• Classe F (CEI 85 et CEI 34-1).
ARMOIRE ELECTRIQUE :
• Intégrée au groupe de condensation
• Tension d'alimentation 400V/3/50Hz
• Entièrement câblée avec tous les organes
de commande et de protection de l'unité.
• Interrupteur général 3 phases avec
commande cadenassable.
• Protections par fusible en standard
• Régulation pressostatique BP et HP en
standard.
• Conforme à la norme EN 60 204-1.
• Enveloppe IP45 selon EN60 529.
• Porte à ouverture verticale offrant une
protection contre la pluie.
OPTIONS
• Bouteille anti-coup de liquide sur aspiration
avec bac.
• Désurchauffeur (échangeur à plaques) avec
vannes d'isolement, vanne by-pass,
soupape de sécurité et vanne de purge
(composants hydrauliques et isolation
thermique non fournis).

• Contrôleurs de niveau d'huile

LIQUIDE RECEIVER
• Vertical type receiver, fitted with shut-off
valve on inlet and outlet, simple safety
pressure relief valve.
• Liquid station fitted with filter drier with
replaceable cartridge, filling valve,
hygroscopic sightglass, shut-off valve on
outlet.
CONDENSER
COILS:
Association of copper tubes and aluminium
fins especially designed for condensation
process, allowing optimum heat evacuation.
Tubes and fins are intimately and definitively
fit together per mechanical expansion of
tubes.
Each step of manufacturing is ensured by last
generations of machines that allow to
produce high quality coils.
Standard fin spacing : 2.12 mm
Alternative fins materials are available upon
request, in case of saline or polluted
atmospheres :
- Copper tubes/aluminium fins with Vinyl
coating.
- Copper tubes/aluminium fins with specific
coating.
VENTILATION:
Depending model 2, 3 or 4 Axial fans
diameter 630 with grids.
Fan rotation speed are fitted with each model
of condensing unit.
• Voltage : 3 phase supply 400V
(+7%/-10%)/~3/50Hz for PH models.
• Protection IP54 (CEI 34-5). Drain-hole and
seal.
• Class F (CEI 85 and CEI 34-1).
ELECTRICAL CABINET :
• Integrated in condensing unit.
• Electrical supply 400V/3/50Hz.
• Completely wired with all controls and
protections of the unit.
Main switches 3 phases with external
lockable handle.
• Fuses protection as standard
• Pressostatic control LP and HP as standard
• Complying to European standards
EN 60 204-1.
• Casing IP45 according to EN 60 529.
OPTIONS
• BACL : suction accumulator with drain pan.
• DESUR : desuperheater (plate heat

FLÜSSIGKEITSSAMMLER
• Stehender Sammler mit Absperrventilen an
Einlass und Auslass und Sicherheitsventil.
• Flüssigkeitsauslass mit abnehmbarem
Filtertrockner mit austauschbarer Patrone,
Füllventil, hygroskopischem Sichtglas und
Absperrventil.
VERFLÜSSIGER
BLÖCKE:
Konstruktion aus Kupferröhren und
Aluminiumrippen mit speziell entwickeltem
Profil für die Kondensation, wodurch optimale
Wärmeabführung garantiert wird.
Die Röhren und Rippen werden durch die
mechanische Ausdehnung der Röhren
endgültig fest zusammengefügt.
Durch Einsatz von Maschinen der neuesten
Generation bei jedem Fabrikationsschritt sind
wir in der Lage, Wärmetauscher sehr hoher
Qualität herzustellen.
Standardabstand der Rippen: 2,12 mm
Bei Einsatz in salzhaltigen oder verschmutzten
Umgebungen sind auf Anfrage andere
Materialien erhältlich:
- Kupferrohre/Aluminiumrippen mit
Vinylschutz.
- Kupferrohre/Aluminiumlamellen mit
Spezialschutz.

Je nach Modell 2,3 oder 4 Axialventilatoren,
Durchmesser 630, mit Gittern.
Die Drehzahlen sind an jedes
Kondensatormodell angepasst .
