EMPHASER Inc., Wyoming, Michigan USA warrants this component speaker system and its
parts, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of
purchase, contingent upon being properly installed and approved by an authorized EMPHASER
dealer.
EMPHASER Inc. will at its own discretion repair or replace any mechanically defective speaker
or crossover unit during this warranty period.
Should your EMPHASER system – or parts of it – require warranty service, please return it to the
retailer from whom it was purchased. Please do not send any product to EMPHASER Inc.,
Wyoming, Michigan USA. Should you have difficulty in finding an authorized EMPHASER
service center, details are available from the national distributor in the country of purchase.
Abuse of the ECP component speaker system due to excessive amplifier power, improper
installation, amplifier clipping or physical damage is not covered under warranty.
