5.2 VTA adjustment
VTA adjustment can be carried out using an old LP record.
If possible, use a very flat, but not too thick LP.
If you prefer not to use an LP, you can also use the tangential alignment gauge supplied.
Gently lower the cartridge using the cueing lever. The arm tube should be parallel to the LP
surface. It this is not the case, raise or lower the tonearm by loosening the locking screw in the
arm base and moving the tonearm in the appropriate direction. Retighten the arm locking screw
then check again that the arm tube is levelled.

5.3 Positioning the tonearm horizontally
Loosen the two screws (see Picture 11) by about one turn.
By alternately tightening the screws, you can position the tonearm horizontally, in accordance with
the bubble level.
