5.4.2. 0-Set function

Hence, if you switch tests, you need to perform a new zero mea-
surement. If you run a test sequence for different parameters from
the same sample, you can set one zero measurement for all subse-
quent VISOCOLOR

If the 0-Set function is activated and you have performed a zero
measurement, you can select a different test, insert the measuring
tube directly and run the measurement via
new zero, it will overwrite the first one and be stored as the next
superordinate zero value.
Once you turn-off the instrument, the 0-Set value is lost and you
need to measure a new zero.
By default, the function is not active, but you can turn it on or off,
respectively in the settings
Note: We recommend to only use the same zero measurement as a
basis for different measurements if the tests are performed from the
same sample, or if the samples are very similar.
If you are not sure if the similarity is adequate, we always recom-
mend measuring a new zero for our VISOCOLOR

6. Settings

You can find the settings menu on the upper menu level using the
/ arrows. To enter the settings menu, scroll to the corre-
sponding icon and press the activity button

6.1. Activate / deactivate tests

Within this menu, you can decide which tests are selected as fa-
vorites in the upper menu level. To scroll through the tests, use
/ . Press
in the upper right corner indicates whether the test is active or not

6.2. Date

In the date menu, you can set the date. As soon as you select the
menu, you see the currently set date. The first number is highlighted
and can be adjusted via the
