Putting the mower into the transport position:
– Move the side guard to the transport position (1–B).
– Use the provided special tools (2) from the manual
pack (3) for opening the protection cover.
– When lifting the cutter bar (5) into the transport
position, make sure that the front guard (4) is
always closed.
– Lift the cutter bar (5) using the one-way hydraulic
cylinder (6) and close the valve (position 7–A).
– Shift the tow bar (8) into the transport position
using the two-way hydraulic cylinder (9). Close the
valve (position 10–A) on the hydraulic hose with DN
6 mark.
– The mower is in the transport position (11).

When loading the mower into the
transport position, the front protection
(4) must always be closed!
Loading the mower from the transport to the
working position:
– Open the valve (position 10–B) for shifting the tow
bar on the hydraulic hose with DN 6 mark.
– Shift the tow bar (8) into the working position using
the two-way hydraulic cylinder (9). Close the valve
(position 10–A) on the hydraulic hose with DN 6
mark.
– Open the valve (position 7–B) on the one-way
hydraulic cylinder (6) and lower the cutter bar (5)
into the working position.
– Relieve the one-way hydraulic cylinder (6).
– Lower the mower to the working height (12) using
the three-point hydraulic mechanism.
– Place the side guards of the cutter bars in the
protection position (1–A).
– The mower is now in the working position (13).
