7.4 Commissioning

The drives controlled by the LBG control and LBS control can be operated directly.
They do not have to be initialised.
You must carry out a test run to check correct operation.
Carry out this test run without applying a load before commissioning the application.
Drives without anti-twist lock must be secured against twisting.

7.5 Using the hand switch

You control drives with the keypad on the hand switch.
Press the DOWN or UP key and keep the relevant key pressed until the drive has moved into the
desired position.
Ensure that nobody is in the vicinity of the drives when they are moving.
Therefore, only use the hand switch if you can see the drives - risk of accident!

7.6 Maintenance

Controllers do not require any maintenance. You may only work on controllers in accordance
with these instructions.
If there is a fault with the device, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer or send the
unit for repair.

7.7 Cleaning

You can clean the hand switch with a clean, lint-free cloth and a mild soap solution.
Solvent-based cleaners will corrode the material and can damage it.

7.8 Disposal and return

The controller must either be disposed of according to the applicable directives and regulations,
or returned to the manufacturer. The LBG controller and LBS controller contains electronic com-
ponents, leads, metals, plastics, et cetera, and must be disposed of in accordance with the
applicable environmental regulations of the respective country. In the European Economic Area
disposal is governed by the EU Directive 2002/95/EC or the relevant national legislation.
Do not dispose of in domestic waste.
