3. Liability / Warranty

3.1 Liability

Phoenix Mecano Komponenten AG will not accept any liability for structural changes by third par-
ties or modifications to protective equipment for the controllers or hand switches as well as any
changes to the electrical equipment and its controllers.
The Declaration of Conformity becomes .invalid
Only original spare parts may be used when undertaking repair and maintenance. Phoenix
Mecano Komponenten AG does not accept any liability for spare parts that have not been tested
and approved for use by RK Rose+Krieger GmbH.
Safety-related equipment must be checked for their function, damage and completeness on a
regular basis, however, at least once a year.
We reserve the right to make technical changes without notice.

3.2 Product monitoring

Phoenix Mecano Komponenten AG offers you state of the art products compliant with current
safety standards.
Please inform us immediately if you experience repeated failures or faults.

3.3 Assembly instructions language

The original version of these assembly instructions was written in the EU official language of the
manufacturer of this partly completed machine.
Translations into other languages are translations of the original version and the legal provisions
of the Machinery Directive apply to these.

3.4 Copyright

Individual reproductions, e.g., copies and printouts, may only be made for private use. The pro-
duction and distribution of further reproductions is permitted only with the explicit approval of
Phoenix Mecano Komponenten AG. The user is personally responsible for complying with
statutory regulations and may be liable for prosecution in the event of misuse.
