LEANING
POLISHING OPERATIONS
Pay attention:
during the use of the small torch (23), the fumes extraction system is disabled.
It is always necessary to use the machine with an adequate aspiration plant in function
(Chapter 2).
1. Check the electric installation (chapter 3) and connect the ground cable (19) to the workpiece.
2. Connect one small torch power cable terminal (31) to the socket (5) placed on the front side of the machine and the other
cable terminal to the small torch connector (23). (Picture K7)
3. Push the button (30) on the small torch (23) to pump liquid from tube tank (24) on the pad/brush (28/32). After each
pressing, wait 2/3 seconds before pressing again in order to fill the pump system. At the first filling repeat this operation 4/5
times.
4. Put the pad/brush (28/32) soaked by electrolytic solution (24) on the stainless steel to work. With pressure, clean the weld
until the oxidation is perfectly removed (Pictures K8/K9).
Pay attention:
polishing requires a greater quantity of electrolytic solution with respect to cleaning.
Pay attention: the pad/brush (28/32) must always be soaked by electrolytic solution (24) otherwise its lifetime will be
reduced (replace the special pad -28- whenever it shows remarkable burns or is notably broken). Never
use the torch insert (27) without the special pad (28).
Pay Attention:
HOW USING THE BRUSH IN THE CORRECT WAY:
During the pickling, keep the brush in perpendicular position to the welding and
always wet of electrolytic solution.

FTER CLEANING
1. Put the torch (23) on its support (25).
2. Remove the clamp of the ground cable (19) from the workpiece.
VERY IMPORTANT (for optimal results)
3. Remove from workpiece the electrolyte in excess, otherwise it will appear after shortly the white marks due to fixate these
residues on the surface and will need to repeat processing to remove them.
4. Spray the solution Inox Fit (45) on the surface in order to neutralize any residual electrolyte. (Picture K10)
5. Wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth dampened with clean water.
6. Wipe the surface with a dry microfiber cloth.
5.9. P
OWER DOWN
1. Put the power switch (7) on "O" position (OFF).
2. Unplug the machine power cable (6).
3. Supply the machine maintenance (Chapter 7).
