ANK FILLING
Pay attention: use adequate protective devices, such as gloves and goggles are necessary to operate with
the machine (chapter 2).
Pay attention: do not use products which are different from the one stated in this operating manual and do not mix it
with other products, in case of use of other products any guarantee will be invalidated.
With the machine unplugged from the power supply.
1. Open the tank cap (8) and fill up to the maximum level (the 1.5L bottle or the supplied cup (20) are a possible solution to fill up an
empty tank).
2. Close the tank cap (8).
Pay attention: when the electrolytic solution is finished, the machine stops and the warning Led (12) switches on. In
this case for restarting the machine it is necessary to refill the tank.

OMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM CONNECTION
When using the blowing torch (1) it is necessary to connect the machine to the compressed air system to activate the
noxious fumes abatement system that may be generated during processing.
Connect the air hose to the automatic quick coupling (9) placed in the back of the machine.
The activation of the fumes abatement system is automatic when you turn on the blowing torch.
Automatic quick coupling replacement (9)
1. Unscrew the automatic quick coupling by using two wrenches, one of 17mm
and the other one of 14mm, taking care to keep the 17mm key locked (see
image by side).
2. Apply a sealant on the new automatic quick coupling to ensure the sealing of
the fitting, then screw using the same wrenches.
If you unscrew the coupling with a single key, you might break the tube inside
the machine.
