Before starting to install and work with this device, please read the Safety Instructions.
Test Remote Control
Before testing, learn the device into the control panel, as instructed in the Installer Manual.
Since IRCW6-10 is supplied with the battery already installed, the unit is practically ready to be tested.
Stand in front of the control panel and press the IRCW6-10 button: verify that the transmit LED lights.
Make sure that the control panel responds as programmed and as stated in the Installer Manual.
Operate the remote control from various locations within the area covered by the receiver to determine "dead" locations,
where transmission is blocked by walls and large objects, or affected by structural materials.
The device is waterproof. Although some water can be seen behind the front cover, this humidity will not cause any electrical
damage.
Clean the remote control only with a soft cloth or sponge moistened lightly with a mixture of water and mild detergent,
and wipe it dry immediately. Also never use solvents such as kerosene, acetone or thinner. The use of abrasives of
any kind is strictly forbidden.

You can clip the leash into a key ring or neck band.
How to learn a Remote control to the control panel (Please refer to the installer manual or ask your installer)
Change on the control panel into the installer mode.
Scroll to function "Pendant Learn" (Prog18 Enter), search for a free user number (e.g. 21)
Press enter to start (you will hear a signal from the control panel)
Operate the button on the remote control that you want to learn into the system (the led on the remote control will flash
as long it transmits.
As confirmation that the remote control was successfully learned into the control panel it will send an acoustic signal.

Testen der Fernbedienung
Melden Sie das Gerät vor dem Testen bei der Systemsteuerung an, wie im Installationshandbuch beschrieben.
Da die Fernbedienung mit bereits eingelegter Batterie geliefert wird, ist sie praktisch testbereit.
Stellen Sie sich vor die Systemsteuerung und drücken Sie eine Taste auf der Fernbedienung: Kontrollieren Sie, ob die
Sende-LED leuchtet.
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Zentrale wie programmiert und im Installationshandbuch angegeben reagiert.
Probieren Sie die Fernbedienung von verschiedenen Orten innerhalb des Empfangsbereichs aus, um festzustellen, ob
es "tote" Stellen gibt, an denen die Übertragung durch Wände oder große Objekte blockiert oder durch Baumaterialien
beeinflusst wird.
Das Gerät ist wasserdicht. Eventuell im Gehäuseinneren festzustellende Feuchtigkeit verursacht keinen Elektroschaden.
Reinigen Sie die Fernbedienung nur mit einem weichen Tuch oder einem mit einer Mischung aus Wasser und einem
milden Reinigungsmittel leicht angefeuchteten Schwamm, und reiben Sie sie dann sofort trocken. Verwenden Sie nie
Lösungsmittel wie Petroleum, Azeton oder Verdünner. Keinesfalls dürfen Scheuermittel jeglicher Art benutzt werden.

Anlernen einer Fernbedienung an die Zentrale (weitere Informationen entnehmen Sie dem Installationshandbuch)
Wechseln Sie in den "Programmiermodus".
Wählen Sie die Funktion "Fernbedienung lernen" (P18 E), suchen Sie einen freien Benutzer (z.B. 21).
Drücken Sie Enter zum Starten (Es wird ein Signalton ausgegeben).
Betätigen Sie mit der Taste der Fernbedienung, welche Sie anlernen möchten (währen der Übertragung leuchten die
LED der Fernbedienung auf).
Nach der erfolgreichen Anmeldung der Taste, hören Sie eine akustische Signalisierung.

Test radiocommande
Avant de tester la radiocommande, adresser le périphérique dans la centrale, comme décrit dans le manuel de paramétrage.
Comme IRCW6-10 est fourni avec la batterie déjà installée, elle est prête à fonctionner.
Tenez vous en face de la centrale, et pressez une touche de la radiocommande: vérifiez que la Del s'allume.
Assurez-vous que la centrale réagit de la façon dont elle devrait (comme paramétré).
Effectuez la même opération depuis différents endroits, afin de localiser les zones « mortes ».
Le périphérique est étanche. Par conséquent, si de l'eau tombe sur la radiocommande, elle ne provoquera aucun dommage
électrique.
Nettoyez la radiocommande au moyen d'un chiffon doux ou d'une éponge légèrement imbibé d'un mélange d'eau et
de détergent doux. Ne fois la radiocommande nettoyée, essuyez-la immédiatement. Ne jamais utiliser de solvants tels
que du white-spirit, de l'acétone, ou un diluant. L'utilisation de produits abrasifs est strictement interdite.

Vous pouvez fixer l'attache de sécurité sur un porte-clés ou un cordon tour de cou.
Comment adresser la radiocommande dans la centrale (merci de vous reporter au manuel d'installation)
Accédez au menu installateur dans la centrale.
Se déplacer jusqu'au menu « apprentissage radiocommande » (Prog18 Enter), entrer l'adresse d'un utilisateur libre (ex :
21).
Presser la touche Entrer pour démarrer la procédure (vous entendrez un signal de la centrale).
Pressez le bouton de la radiocommande que vous souhaitez adresser dans la centrale (la Del de la radiocommande
s'allumera aussi longtemps que le signal est transmis).
Pour confirmer que la radiocommande a été enregistré avec succès, la centrale activera un signal sonore, et l'écran affichera
« trouvé 21 ».
