Remedy of faults

Malfunction
The controller does not switch on
Water from the DN70 outlet does not return
to the pond
Dirty water pump does not switch on
UVC lamp does not switch on
Cause
No mains voltage
Controller incorrectly positioned on the UVC
clarifying unit
Aquamax pump not switched on
Stop valve closed with the lid open
Pump rotor blocked
Container already empty
Container partly emptied, dirty water pump
cannot prime
The cleaning programs are inactive at water
temperatures between0 °C and >35 °C
The dirty water pump has reached its max.

UVC lamp defective
The safety system in the UVC clarifying unit
has tripped as a result of overvoltage in the
mains
Remedy
Check mains voltage
Check supply lines
Check the controller seating
Switch on Aquamax pump
Open stop valve
Clean pump rotor
Fill container
Fill container
Now the dirty water pump can only be
operated manually.
Keep the PUMP key pressed for complete

drainage.
Wait for 1.5 hours. Once this time has
elapsed, the dirty water pump is operational
again.
Changing the UVC lamp
Switch of the mains voltage and on again to
reset the safety system
Check that the UVC lamp is lit in the

control window (blue light)
To test, we suggest to switch on the UVC

lamp using the UVC key (operating status
ON)
