Using the Pan
Put fat into the hollows of the empty pan and turn to
medium energy supply.
Fill the hollows with max. ¾ dough. Only turn the dough
with a wooden skewer and bake the other side of the
dough until brown. According to taste add further ingredi-
ents during half-time baking.
As the pan is equipped with high heat storage capacity
you can decrease heat supply after short time.
Pan Handle
 If the pan handle becomes loosen,
tighten the screw on the bottom of the
handle by screwing with a suitable
screwdriver.
 The handle of the pan is insulated
and heat proof up to 170 °C. Do not
place the pan into the oven if the tem-
perature exceeds 170 °C.
Cleaning
Do not allow food residue to dry on the pan. Preferably,
soak the remnants in the pan with a bit of water and
detergent, while the pan is still warm. Do not use steel
wool or abrasive cleaners which contain sand and do not
clean the pan with the abrasive side of sponges.
