Should a power adapter show visible damage, do not touch it. Switch off power at
the outlet, e.g. over the corresponding fuse or breaker. Then pull the power adapter
plug from the outlet.
Do not leave the device unsupervised when in operation.
Electronic devices do not belong in children's hands. Take special care in the pres-
ence of children as they could attempt to insert objects into the housing of the
device. There exists a risk of deadly electrical shock.
Do not let packing material lie around carelessly. Plastic wrapping / bags, poly-
styrene parts, etc. could become a dangerous toy for children.
Never open the device. There are no parts inside the device for you to adjust or main-
tain. Additionally, there is a risk of deadly electrical shock from touching electrical
components.
Maintenance, adjustment, or repair work may only be performed by a specialist or at
a technical shop.
Never switch the device on immediately if it has been brought from a cold area into a
warm area. The developing condensation could possibly destroy the device.
Let the switched-off and unplugged device come to room temperature. This
can take several hours!
Thunderstorms can pose a danger for every electrical device. Even if the device is
switched off, it can be damaged by a power surge on the current supply.
In this regard, pull the power adapter plug from the power outlet during a thunder-
storm.
Proceed likewise with other electrical devices to avoid damages from power surges.
In commercial institutions, make sure you observe the accident prevention regula-
tions of the commercial trade organization for electric installations.
In schools, training facilities, hobby and self-help workshops, qualified personnel are
responsible for supervision.

sur le téléviseur ?
• En mode RGB: L´appareil audio vidéo peut-il traiter de façon
générale les signaux RGB?
Les magnétoscopes ont certes un connecteur péritel mais
peu d´entre eux
sont en mesure d´enregistrer les signaux RGB!
Il en va de même pour nombre de téléviseurs à prix avanta-
geux qui ne peuvent pas
reproduire de signaux RGB.
Si le téléviseur dispose de plusieurs connecteurs péritel,
tenez compte du mode d´emploi
du téléviseur pour savoir quel connecteur convient pour la
reproduction d´un signal RGB.
• Utilisez à titre d´essai d´autres entrées de votre téléviseur
telles que
l´entrée vidéo (connecteur femelle Cinch) au lieu de l´entrée
péritel RGB.
• Les cordons de connexion sont-ils convenablement branchés ?
• N´utilisez pas toutes les sorties du convertisseur VGA TV en
même temps.
Utilisez la sortie FBAS, SVidéo ou
la sortie RGB.
