• Gameport
A PC-joystick may be connected to the 15-pole SubD socket.
If you already have another joystick port in your PC (e.g. in the
motherboard), you must switch it off! In a PC only one joystick port
may be active.
If you want to use two joysticks (or one joystick and one gamepad),
this might cause problems.
A "normal" joystick or a "normal" gamepad only has the functions
"up/down", "left/right" and two ignition buttons.
These "normal" devices can be connected to the gameport with a
simple Y-cable, since the gameport supports two such devices.
If your joystick or gamepad has more than two ignition buttons, a
so-called coolie-hat-control and a boost control, you cannot use a
simple Y-cable, but you will need an interchanger that will switch
between the two joysticks (or between one joystick and one
gamepad, respectively).
• Male connectors J3 and J5, audio input for CD-roms
You can connect the analogue output of a CD-rom drive (or a CD
burner etc.) to the two male connectors J3 and J5. It is not possi-
ble, however, to use both sockets at the same time.

Headphones socket
Connect the 3.5mm stereo jack plug with line outlet of the
sound card (on the supllied sound card: "Front- Out".
At the font, there are the on/off button, the volume control and the
power LED.
