In one day only, a whole kilowatt hour (1kWh) will be uselessly
"consumed"!
Adding this up over a year, it is an amount that will justify buying
a new multiple socket with a power-off switch after half a year,
even if you have a cheap power supplier.
Before you switch off the PC system over the multiple
socket, you should switch off the individual devices.
This is especially important for ink jet printers, since
they bring the print head to a parking position first if you
switch them off with the on/off switch on the printer in
order to protect the print head and the ink cartridge
from drying out.
When the ink jet printer is switched off over a multiple
socket, the printer cannot bring the print head to a park-
ing position and the jets in the print head will dry out!
• Exchange the two satellite loudspeakers if the left and right audio
signal of the PC are mixed up.
