The device contains a neutral fuse.
The power cord is the primary means of disconnect.
The length of the power cord is not to exceed 3 meters.
The protective ground connection must never be interrupted.
Do not engage or disengage any connecting elements while the unit is under power! Damage to internal components
may result.
Please pay attention to the supply voltage range for the connected encoder, since the encoder may otherwise become
damaged. The cable between the encoder and EIB 741 must not be connected or disconnected while under power.
Otherwise the encoder and EIB 741 might become damaged.
Check whether the cable between the encoder and EIB 741 is correctly wired.
The pin layout of the encoder is included in the specifications. The pin connections of the connecting cables are
described in the catalog. An incorrectly wired connecting cable might damage the encoder and EIB 741.
