What to do if ...?
Filter does not run or no water flows out
Cause
No power supply
Impeller missing or blocked by gravel, snail
shells or rotor faulty
Filter capacity greatly reduced
Cause
FilterPad heavily soiled
Pump dirty
Impeller faulty or blades broken
Air in filter
Cause
High flow resistance due to dirty FilterPad
Solution
Plug in the mains plug, making sure to check
the socket for the right voltage
Clean impeller casing, fit intact impeller
Solution
Clean FilterPad.
Clean impeller casing, impeller and lid with
cleaning brush (7)
Dismantle, check and, if necessary, replace
faulty parts and re-assemble.
Solution
Clean FilterPad.
