negative terminal of the battery when the device is fully installed and you have
checked all connections.
• Park your motorbike in a safe location and remove the ignition key.
• Find a suitable place on your motorbike to install the charger. Ensure that the charger does
obstruct your view of the road or impair your driving in any way.
• Find where your motorbike battery is installed (normally under the seat) by referring to your
motorbike's operating/repair instructions.
• Make sure that you can access the motorbike battery. If necessary, remove any covers that
prevent access. Remove all fixing screws and other fasteners. Store the removed parts
together in a safe place, as you will need to reinsert them after you have connected the
charger.
• Connect the ring terminal (1) on the end of the black cable to the negative terminal on your
motorbike battery.
