If it is assumed that operation is no longer possible without danger, then the product
must be taken out of operation and secured against unsupervised operation.
Remove the power supply plug from the mains voltage!
It must be assumed that operation is no longer possible without danger, if:
- the device shows visible (signs of) damage,
- the device no longer functions and
- it has been stored for a long period in unsuitable circumstances, or
- it has suffered severe stresses during transportation.
Be sure to observe the following safety advice before you clean or maintain the
equipment.
There are no components whatsoever within the product which need
to be maintained or serviced by the user. Components carrying an
electrical charge can be exposed when opening covers or removing
components.
The equipment must be separated from all power supplies before any
cleaning, maintenance or repair work is performed. Remove the pow-
er supply plug from the mains socket outlet and remove all attached
equipment.
Condensers in the equipment can still be carrying an electrical charge,
even when the equipment has been separated from all power sup-

A repair must only be performed by a qualified technician, who is
familiar with the associated dangers and relevant legislation.
