Create Internet connection
1. Use the Settings icon to open the settings menu and navigate to Wi-Fi. If you wish to connect to the Internet
via WLAN network, slide the Wi-Fi control to ON. Click on the Wi-Fi menu option.
2. The device automatically searches and displays available WLAN networks. Select the desired network and
enter the respective password.
3. Click Connect to confirm your selection and to establish the connection, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
4. Using a suitable USB LAN adapter allows establishing an Internet connection via Ethernet. In order to do
so, open the settings menu, select Wireless & Networks  More  PPPoE  Physical interface 
Ethernet and adjust the required settings. If necessary, contact your Internet provider. This menu option also
provides other connection types.
Playback of photos, videos and music
In order to display or play photos, videos and music, use the Gallery, Video, Music and eHomeMediaCenter
applications or download the suitable applications from Google Play.
Google account
The use of Google Play and Google applications (such as Gmail, Google Plus) requires having a Google account.
When opening Google applications, it is possible to create a new account or to set up an existing account. Please
visit the Google website for more information.
Google Play – Install / uninstall applications
1. Navigate to the installed applications(
2. Download the desired application, and follow the instructions in Play Store.
It is possible to install applications from an external connected memory device (e.g. microSD
card). Follow the program instructions after opening the application file (.apk) and observe
restrictions as required.
3. In order to uninstall, navigate to the installed applications (
Manage  desired application  Uninstall ; click OK to confirm or CANCEL to cancel.
Move files
You may obtain the free "Android File Transfer" software from http://www.android.com/
filetransfer intended for the Android™ file management on Macintosh computers.
The maximum available internal memory space is 4 GB.
1. Connect the mini PC stick via the power supply jack 5V/DC to the computer (two USB 2.0 ports required)
and turn on the power supply. The mini PC stick starts up and is ready to use. It is possible to copy files
from the connected computer to the mini PC stick.
2. Click the Settings icon to open the USB connection type. Navigate to USB and check the Connect to PC
box. If necessary, open the "Android File Transfer" software.
3. Copy the desired files to the mini PC stick or from the mini PC stick to your computer. You may then move
the files to the desired folder. If there are no folders available, you should create some first.
- Movies: Copy video files to this folder.
- Pictures: Copy photo files to this folder.
- Music: Copy music files to this folder.
Please refer to "Technical data" for more details on supported and readable file formats.
a) File manager:
Open the Explorer application. The file manager will only work, if the mini PC stick is currently not in file transfer
mode with the PC.
In order to make sure of that, click on the Settings icon, navigate to USB and disconnect the mini PC stick:
Uncheck the Connect to PC option. The file manager (see image below) will provide you access to available
files stored in the system folders.
Use the following menu for more functions.
The following functions are available:
- Copy, Delete, Move, Paste, Rename
Hard disk drive / microSD card
a) Connect microSD card
Insert a microSD / microSDHC card (FAT32-formatted, max. 32 GB) into the microSD card slot (5) until it
locks into place. Access the card through the file manager (Explorer application). In order to remove the
card, first press it inwards until it unlocks.

b) Connecting hard disk drive
When connecting an external hard disk drive (FAT32- formatted) with a maximum storage capacity of 500 GB, an
external power supply of minimum 2000 mA is required. When connecting two external USB devices (e.g. mouse
and external hard drive), you might have to use a suitable USB adapter (not provided).
c) Disconnect external storage devices
Disconnect external USB storage devices first by selecting Settings  Device  Storage in order to
avoid any data loss.
Create home screen
You may create a home screen as desired.
a) Add applications to home screen
1. Click on the icon to display the installed applications.
2. Left-click and hold an application that you want to link with the home screen. When the home screen is
displayed, place the application and release the mouse button.
3. Follow the same instructions for placing widgets.
4. You may then open the application directly from the home screen.
b) Delete applications from the home screen
1. Hold the desired application with your mouse and drag it upwards to the X icon outside the screen.
2. Release the mouse button. The link to the application will be deleted from the home screen.
c) Extend the home screen
The home screen can be extended. Please refer to the below image for a better understanding of this
function. Click on the left or right side of the screen in order to display further home screens. Keep the mouse
button pressed and drag the next frame to the center of the monitor.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Apart from occasional cleaning, the device is maintenance-free. To clean the device, use a soft, anti-static
and lint-free cloth.
• Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaners.
• Keep the ventilation slots (3) on the top and bottom of the device free from dust and dirt.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
