Press the unlatching button of the bowl support and bring the bowl support into the
lower position again.
If - during evacuating - a leak is found in the system, a warning signal can be heard and an
asterisk is shown in front of the displayed vacuum value.

Programming

3.1 Programming mode

In order to enter the "programming" mode:
Switch off the unit.
Press the program selection key and keep on holding
it while switching on the Multivac compact.
You are now in the "programming" mode. The selected "options" area is shown in the
display.
Turn the adjusting wheel until the desired area is shown in the display. The following
areas are available: options, programs, program names, program texts, vacuum test.
Press the adjusting wheel to enter the selected area.
By pressing the cancellation key
