Protect the unit against sliding upwards by screwing in the third fixation screw in the
area of the column.
Connect the unit with the power supply system.
The connection for the power cord is on the right side at the rear part of the unit.
For mounting the unit in front of a cable duct a special wall holder (REF 5314 0104) is available.

2.3 Manual operation

IIn the manual operation mode the stirring mechanism and the vacuum pump can be switched
manually. The given values for stirring time, speed, direction of rotation and vacuum level can be
adjusted.
Switch on the unit.
Select the given value to be changed.
The value to be changed is shown in the first line of the display.
Turn the adjusting wheel until the desired value is shown in the display.

The bowl support must be brought to
the lower position by pressing the
unlocking button.
Place the bowl into the center of the
bowl support.
Please ensure that the guide bar of the
bowl support fully reaches into the groove
of the bowl.
Slide the bowl support with the bowl
fully upwards.
If the coupling has fully clicked into place,
the sealing lip of the coupling lies on the
cover of the bowl. If the preselected
vacuum is not reached during the
operation, an acoustic signal can be heard.
In this case the bowl should be pressed
against the coupling once more.
In order to facilitate coupling-in of the stirring
blade into the drive, the drive is
automatically switched on for a short time
when the bowl support is lifted.
