13. Troubleshooting

Problem
'NO Signal' is displayed
Signal reception is weak.
Receive channel not dis-
played.

Possible cause
The radio camera is not sup-
plied with power.
Pairing has not been carried
out yet.
The radio camera is out of
range.
No radio antenna has been
screwed onto or connected
to the radio camera.
Poor radio antenna align-
ment.
Radio signal is blocked.
The receive channel has
been deactivated.
Recommendation
Approach the radio cam-
era concerned and check
whether it is receiving a
power supply.
When the radio camera is
being properly supplied with
power, the 'POWER' LED
(3) lights up.

Move the radio camera
nearer to the radio receiver.
Ensure that the radio an-
tenna is properly attached.
Try to adapt the radio anten-
na position of the radio cam-
era and of the radio receiver.
If this is the case, make sure
that no sources of interfer-
ence are in the vicinity of
the radio camera or the ra-
dio receiver (e.g. reinforced
concrete walls, metallised
mirrors, thermo windows,
metal shelves, other radio
devices such as WLAN rout-
ers etc.).
