12. Declaration of Conformity (DOC)

13. Maintenance and Cleaning

The product does not require any maintenance, never take it apart. Cleaning with a dry, clean and soft
cloth is sufficient; disconnect the product from the power source before cleaning it, pull the plug-in mains
adapter from the mains socket. Clean the lens very carefully to avoid scratches. Do not use aggressive
detergents as these will cause discoloration of the casing. Do not push too hard on the display of the
indoor unit. This may cause scratches and damage the display.

14. Troubleshooting

Problem
The surveillance camera
does not show any picture.
Poor image quality.
Only a white picture is shown
at night.
Solution
The plug-in mains adapter of the indoor unit or the surveillance
camera(s) is not connected to the power supply. The surveillance
camera is installed outside of radio reach of the indoor unit. Reduce
the distance between surveillance camera and indoor unit.
Clean the lens of the surveillance camera.
The infrared LEDs of the surveillance camera show otherwise
invisible light that is reflected from surfaces like glass. Place the
surveillance camera in front of the window or at another position.
