18. Troubleshooting

Problem
"NO Connection"
displayed
Signal reception
is weak
Camera feed is
not displayed
on the monitor.
Possible cause
The wireless camera is
not supplied with power.
Pairing has not been
carried out yet.
The camera is out of
range.
No aerial has been
screwed onto or

Recommendation
Check if the camera is properly powered.
Check the cable connections.

Position the camera closer to the
receiver.
Position the camera and the
receiver/monitor closer to each other.
Try to adjust the aerial positions on the
wireless camera and the receiver/
monitor.
If this is the case, make sure that no
sources of interference are in the vicinity
of the wireless camera or the receiver
(e.g. reinforced concrete walls, metalli-
sed mirrors, thermo windows, metal shel-
ves, other wireless devices such as
WLAN routers etc.).
