Important!
Please ensure that the hose length is suitable for the filter system. Make sure that there are no
kinks or bends in the hose in order to avoid permanent damage.
6. You can now connect the other end of the wastewater hose to the system. When doing so,
follow the procedure used to connect the water hose (as described on page 25).
Tap connection:
1. Remove the tap supplied with the filter system from its packaging and decide where you would
like to install it.
Please note:
The tap must be located directly next to the sink in order to collect any escaping water.
If you do not want to install the tap supplied with the system because you do not want to
drill an additional hole in your sink or worktop, please contact us to order one of our
high-quality 3-way taps (information and prices available on request). You can place your

2. When installing the tap on a wooden worktop, first use a 7mm wooden drill bit to pre-drill
a hole before fully drilling it with a 13mm wooden drill bit.
Please note:
Please take care when drilling holes and wear safety goggles at all times.
- Use a wooden drill bit when drilling holes in worktops made of wood or similar materials.
- Please use a special punching machine when drilling holes in stainless steel sinks.
- When drilling holes in granite worktops, please use a special diamond hole saw for wet
drilling and a drill stand.
3. Once you have drilled the hole, insert the end of the tap's threaded pipe through the hole from above.
