Pflege: Mischkartusche
Pflegehinweis:
Die Lebensdauer von der Kartusche, den Brausen kann durch regelmäßiges
Entkalken deutlich verlängert werden. Hierzu die entsprechenden Einzelteile
ausbauen und einen Tag in Essigwasser legen. Mit einer weichen Bürste
unter fließendem Wasser den Kalk abspülen. Vor der Montage alle
Dichtungen mit Hahnfett (Silikonfett) einschmieren.
Demontage Thermostat
1) Hauptwasserhahn abstellen
2) Mischer-Griff 13.4 nach oben ziehen
3) Mitnehmer 13.2 und Verbrühschutz 13.3 abziehen.
4) Kartusche 13.1 mit Schlüssel SW 24 herausdrehen
Montage Thermostat
1) Spülen (mit geöffnetem Hauptwasserhahn ca. 3 Minuten Wasser
laufen lassen)
2) Kartusche mit Schlüssel SW 24 eindrehen
3) Hauptwasserhahn aufdrehen
Griff A:
4) Griff aufstecken, Handbrause anstellen und 38°C einregeln.
5) Griff abziehen Verbrühschutz in Position 12.00 Uhr aufstecken.
6) Griff mit rotem Knopf nach oben aufstecken und gegen
Verbrühschutz drehen.
Temperatur zu kalt = Griff abziehen und leicht nach rechts versetzt
neu aufstecken.
Temperatur zu heiß = Griff abziehen und leicht nach links versetzt
neu aufstecken.
Zur Kontrolle: Griff zunächst nach rechts dann gegen den
Verbrühschutz drehen.
7) Schraube 4 x 12 cm fest anziehen.
8) Blende aufklipsen
Griff B:
4) Mitnehmer und Kreuzgriff aufstecken und 38°C einregeln
5) Kreuzgriff abziehen Verbrühschutz und Zentrierring in Position 12:00 Uhr aufstecken.
6) Kreuzgriff mit Knopf nach oben aufstecken und gegen
Verbrühschutz drehen.
Temperatur zu kalt = Kreuzgriff Kreuzgriff abziehen und leicht nach
rechts versetzt neu aufstecken.
Temperatur zu heiß = Kreuzgriff Farbset abziehen und leicht nach
links versetzt neu aufstecken.
Zur Kontrolle: Kreuzgriff zunächst nach rechts dann gegen den
Verbrühschutz drehen.
7) Kreuzgriff kräftig aufdrücken.
Maintenance: Mixing cartridge
Maintenance instructions
Service life of the cartridge, sprinkler heads can be distinctly increased
with the help of regular decalcification. For this purpose, remove
corresponding individual components and keep them in
acetate-water for one day. Rinse the lime deposit under flowing
water by using a soft brush. Lubricate all sealing rings with tap
grease (silicone grease) before assembling.
Dismantling the thermostat
1) Close the main water cock
2) Either unscrew the mixer-handle grip A or pull out grip B
3) Close the main water cock
4) Unscrew the cartridge 13.1 with the wrench SW 24
Assembling the thermostat
1) Rinse (with opened main water cock for approx. 3 minutes)
2) Screw in the cartridge with the wrench SW 24
3) Turn on the main water cock
Grip A:
4) Put on the handle, start the manual sprinkler head and
adjust at 38°C.
5) Pull out the handle, place the scalding-protection in the
12.00 o'clock position.
6) Place the handle with the red knob upward and turn against the
scalding-protection.
Temperature too cold = pull out the handle and replace it slightly
towards right.
Temperature too hot = pull out the handle and replace it slightly
towards left.
To check: Initially turn the handle to the right and then against the
scalding-protection.
7) Tighten the screw 4 x 12 cm.
8) Clip-on the diaphragm
Grip B:
4) Place the carrier and the cross-handle and adjust at 38°C
5) Pull out the cross-handle and place the scalding-protection in the 12.00 o'clock position.
6) Place the cross-handle with the knob upward and turn against the scalding-protection.
Temperature too cold = pull out the cross-handle and replace it slightly towards right.
Temperature too hot = pull out the cross-handle and replace it slightly towards left.
To check: Initially turn the cross-handle to the right and then against the scalding-protection.
7) Press the cross-handle with force.
