If the „housing back" (1) of the motion
detector is removed, a terminal strip is
visible.
• After a successful connection, set the motion detector onto the premounted cover and fasten
it with the fastening screws you removed earlier.
• Adjust the Motion Detector to the desired position.
• Replace the main fuse into your fuse box (in the case of screw locks/ automats) or switch on
the main fuse.
• When the motion detector is supplied with voltage, it takes about 60 seconds for initialisation.
Then the motion detector is ready-for-operation. As soon as motion is detected, the red LED
lights up (behind the diffuser lens).
Timer and Brightness Setup
The motion detector has a rotary knob for brightness
adjustment, (see Figure A on the right) (setting range
5 Lux to 1000 Lux) and a „rotary knob for timer set-
ting" (setting rage 10 seconds to max. 10 minutes).
Set the necessary brightness as well as the desired
working duration from the time of an instance of moti-
on detection.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Apart from an occasional cleaning of the lens, this product is maintenance-free.
Please use a clean, lint-free, and dry antistatic cloth to clean the motion detector. Do not use
abrasive or chemical agents, or cleaners containing solvents. Do not press too hard on the dif-
fusion lens.
Disposal
Electrical and electronic products do not belong in the household waste!
Please dispose of the device, when it is no longer of use, according to the current sta-
tutory requirements.
