• Avoid the operation of the device outside of the temperature
range of 0°C to +55°C.
• Avoid a strong mechanical load of the device.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, high vibrations
or wetness. The device must not have contact with water.
• Do not work with the device in rooms or under contrary environ-
mental conditions which do or may involve flammable gases, fu-
mes or dust. For your own safety, prevent the timer from getting
damp or wet.
Cleaning and maintenance
If there is reason to believe that safe operation has become impos-
sible, the radio-light switch with transmitter must be put out of
operation and secured against unintended operation.
It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible, if
- the device no longer works
- the device shows visible damages
- it was stored under unfavourable conditions for a long period of time
or
- extraordinary stress caused by transport can not be excluded.
During the opening of covers or the removing of parts, if neither
can be carried out manually, alive parts can be exposed. Connec-
ting points can also be alive. Before maintenance works or repair or
during the opening of the device, the device has to be separated
from the line voltage. Maintenance works or repair are to be carried
out by a trained person familiar with the relevant regulations (VDE)
and dangers.

Use a soft, lint-free, antistatic cleaning-cloth for external cleaning.
Do not use scouring powders or solvents. Separate the device
from the network before the cleaning.
Disposal
Dispose of a device which cannot be used anymore according to
the ruling legal regulations.
