b) Batteries

• Keep batteries/rechargeable batteries out of the reach of children.
• Observe correct polarity when inserting the battery.
• Do not leave any batteries/rechargeable batteries lying around openly. There is
a risk of batteries being swallowed by children or pets. If swallowed, consult a
doctor immediately.
• Leaking or damaged batteries/rechargeable batteries can cause chemical burns
to skin. Wear suitable protective gloves when handling them.
• Make sure that batteries/rechargeable batteries are not short-circuited or thrown
into fire. There is a danger of explosion!
• Never take the battery/rechargeable batteries apart!
• Do not recharge normal batteries. There is a danger of explosion!
• If the device is not used for an extended period of time (e.g. storage), remove the
battery to avoid damage from leaking batteries.

c) Miscellaneous

• The device must not be used for any medical or public purposes.
• The device must only be repaired by a specialist or in a specialist workshop.
