Power supplies are not intended for use with/on people or
animals.
When connecting the outputs of more than one power
supply in series voltages dangerous to life (> 25 VAC) can
result.
Power supplies and their connected loads should not be
left operating unsupervised.
If it can be assumed that safe operation is no longer pos-
sible, then the unit must be switched off and protected
against unintentional operation.
It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possi-
ble if:
- the unit shows visible signs of damage,
- the unit no longer functions and
- after prolonged storage under unfavourable
conditions, or
- after severe transportation stress.
Never connect an in-plug power supply to the AC supply
immediately upon bringing it from a cold into a warm
area. Under adverse conditions, the resultant condensati-
on can destroy the unit. Allow the unit to come to room
temperature before connecting it.

Connecting, putting into
operation.
Other than an LED as operating indicator, the AC-out-
put in-plug power supplies contain no electronics and
are, therefore, unregulated. When connecting a load,
make sure without fail that this is not connected to the
power supply in a switched-on condition. Note also the
dimensions of the low voltage socket on the connec-
ting lead of the power supply: External diameter 5.5
mm, Internal diameter 2.1 mm.
Attention!
Do not use any carbonaceous cleaning fluids or pe-
trol, alcohol or the like.
The surface of the unit will be attacked by these.
Additionally, the fumes are explosive and endanger
health.
Do not use any sharp-edged tools, screwdrivers,
metal brushes or similar for cleaning.
