6.2 Thermo Control

The electronic thermo-control unit is managing the power-supply fan speed, as
well as the speed of 3 further case fans directly connected to the power
supply.
THERMO CONTROLLER
The power supplies of the be quiet! range regulate the speed
of the integrated fans depending on the temperature measured
inside the power supply. Note that the power supply fan and up to
three case fans are automatically controlled (1 fan per connecting
cable). If the temperature rises, the fan speed will be automatically
increased to assure rapid and effective heat-dissipation. This
technology ensures a silent and smooth operation of your PSU
and cares for a longer life-time of the built-in components.
