When commissioning the player, you first have to set the right FM reception
range in the "Settings" menu (chapter "Operation", section a), point 2).
In the main menu, select the function "FM" with the buttons "FF" or "RW"; briefly press the
button "MENU" for confirmation.
The cable of the connected earphones/headphones is used as antenna.
• By briefly pressing the button "FF" or "RW", you can manually adjust the radio frequency in
small steps to locate a station.
• You can start an automatic search run for the next station by pressing "FF" or "RW" for
approx, 1 second.
The search run stops automatically at the next strong station. You can also stop and change
the search run manually as described above by briefly pressing the button "FF" or "RW".
• Once you have found a station, you can save this internally in a station list.
For this purpose, briefly press the button "PLAY". Afterwards you can select a memory slot
of your choice with the buttons "FF" or "RW" (CH01 to CH20).
If the channel is already occupied, it is overwritten with the new frequency. Then press
"PLAY" to return to the station search.
• If a station was saved in the station list, you can switch between the frequency display/search
and the station list with the button "MENU".
You can select the saved stations in the station list with the buttons "FF" or "RW".
• By briefly pressing the buttons "VOL+" or "VOL-", you can increase or decrease the volume.
• Keep the button "VOL+" depressed for a longer period of time to activate the recording
function. Now the display shows a corresponding message (ready).
Start recording by briefly pressing the button "PLAY"; then briefly press the button again to
interrupt the recording (pause).
Terminate the recording by briefly pressing the button "MENU".
Now the recording is saved as an MP3 file in the memory of the Multimedia Player.
• With a longer press of the button "MENU", you go back to the multimedia player's main menu.
