1. Intended use
This product is designed to temporarily supply mobile phones or USB devices with a charging voltage of
5 V/ DC when no mains socket is available. The product's rechargeable battery can be charged via the USB
port of a computer or with a power adaptor or in-car charger with a USB port (not included in delivery). The
product features a bright, white LED that can be used as a torch. It can also be used as a portable hand
warmer. Six interchangeable charging adaptors are included in delivery.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the product
for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In addition, improper use can
cause hazards such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc. Read the instructions carefully and keep them.
Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.

3. Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety information.
If you do not follow the safety instructions and information on proper handling in this
manual, we assume no liability for any resulting personal injury or damage to property.
Such cases will invalidate the warranty/guarantee.
Persons / Product
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous playing material
for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity, moisture,
flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it from any
accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage the product.
• The product should not be used immediately after it has been brought from an area of cold temperature to
an area of warm temperature. Condensed water might destroy the product. Wait until the product adapts to
the new ambient temperature before use.
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected to the
product.
Rechargeable batteries
• The rechargeable battery is permanently built into the product and cannot be replaced.
• Never damage the rechargeable battery. Damaging the casing of the rechargeable battery might cause an
explosion or a fire! Unlike conventional batteries/rechargeable batteries (e.g. AA or AAA type), the casing
of the LiPo rechargeable battery does not consist of a thin sheet but rather a sensitive plastic film only.
• Never short-circuit the contacts of the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the battery or the product into fire.
There is a danger of fire and explosion!
• Charge the rechargeable battery regularly, even if you do are not using the product. Due to the rechargeable
battery technology being used, you do not need to discharge the rechargeable battery first.
• Never charge the rechargeable battery of the product unattended.
• When charging, place the product on a surface that is not heat-sensitive. It is normal that a certain amount
of heat is generated during charging.
Miscellaneous
• Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an expert or at a qualified
shop.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions, contact our technical
support service or other technical personnel.

1. Connect the Micro-USB adaptor to the USB cable.
2. Connect the Micro-USB adaptor to the INPUT socket (3) of the mobile phone's charger.
3. Connect the USB cable to a computer, a suitable power supply unit or an in-car charger.
4. The battery will automatically start to charge. A flashing red LED indicates that the battery is being charged.
5. Disconnect the charger from the USB power source.
6. The red LEDs 1-4 indicate the charging status of the battery.
6. Operation
Charging mobile phones / USB devices
1. Select a suitable charging adaptor. Connect it to the USB cable.
2. Plug the USB connector into the charger's socket OUTPUT (2).
3. Turn the charger on by briefly pressing the multifunction key (4) once.
4. The battery's remaining charge will be briefly indicated through the red LEDs.
5. The green LED C indicates that your mobile phone / USB device is being charged.
6. If no device is connected, the charger will turn off automatically within approx. 30 seconds.

8. To charge the battery, follow the procedure outlined in section "5. Charging the rechargeable battery".
9. After use, always turn the charger off. Press the multifunction key twice.
Torch
1. Switch the torch on by pressing and holding the multifunction key (4) for two seconds.
2. You can activate the flashing function of the torch by briefly pressing the multifunction key once.
3. After use, turn the torch off. To do this, press and hold the multifunction key for two seconds.
Hand warmer
1. Press the multifunction key (4) twice to turn the hand warmer on.
2. The blue LED T lights up, indicating that the device is now emitting heat.
3. Press the multifunction key again to turn the hand warmer off.

Product
Rechargeable batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechargeable batteries.
Disposing of them in the household waste is prohibited.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.

Prior to initial use, charge the product's battery for 10 hours.
The product is not suitable for continuously operating devices. It can temporarily only
operate power devices, which have previously been charged properly.
The battery is fully charged when all 4 red LEDs remain on. Charging will take approx. 4 - 5 hours.

Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
Contaminated rechargeable batteries are labelled with this symbol to indicate that disposal in the
domestic waste is forbidden. The designations for the heavy metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium,
Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead (name on rechargeable batteries, e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used (rechargeable) batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our stores or
wherever rechargeable batteries are sold.
