WARNING! Tripping hazard!
Lay the cables in a way that no trip hazards occur
and that they are safe from mechanical damages
like tearing off or running over. If necessary, fix the
cables with adhesive tape or cable ties.

Adjustment of the modules

The ALDEBARAN
®
single light modules that can be adjusted via mecha-
nics for the requirements of the work place.
Therefore, the modules can be adjusted to the
required position between 0-70° of inclination after
unlocking.
1. Unlocking of the modules
Before you can adjust the inclination of the
luminaire (8-fold screening), the magnetically
locked modules need to be unlocked, therefore
grab every single light module with both hands
at the sides and pull it towards the body.

Adjusting the luminaire's inclination

In order to adjust the lamp to the right inclination
(8-fold screening), pull the lower detent pin and move
the base plate upwards until the required inclination
of the modules is achieved. For fixing of the adjusted
position, the detent pin has to lock into the default
hole.

The detent pin must lock into the required position.
That way, you avoid accidents and injuries.

Folding up the luminaire

The luminaire can be put again into its initial
position by carrying out the steps described
above in reverse order.

Installation (suspended operation)

ATTENTION!
The ALDEBARAN 360 GRAD FLEX requires room
®
/ ambient air for proper operation. The luminaire
has to be installed free-standing with at least 0.5m
space to all sides.
INFORMATION!
The luminaire can also be used as a suspended
version. This is only valid in connection with the
optional accessory (Item-No.: 1410926011).
Therefore, the ring nut is to be used for moun-
ting.
ATTENTION!
Make sure that your hang-point is suitable for the
weight of the luminaire
WARNING! Risk of injury!
Implicitly fix the luminaire with the star grip by
tightening it clockwise. That way, you avoid acci-
dents and injuries.
