Trouble
The machine does not work, LED
screen (E1 ) does not turns on

TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
The battery connector is disconnected
The batteries are completely discharged
The batteries are discharged
The PCB or key board is broken
Emergency-stop button (A15) does not
release
Seat limit switch is not activated.
Squeegee has not lifted in reverse, LED
screen (E1) display ERR-01
The PCB or key board is broken
The deck motor is overloaded
There are foreign materials preventing
the brush from rotating
Error indicator (E4) is lit
Drive motor is overloaded
The recovery tank is full, light (E2) is red
The vacuum motor is overloaded
The PCB or key board is broken
The recovery tank is full, light (E2) is red
The hose is disconnected from the

Remedy
Connect.
Charge the batteries

Change the PCB or key board
Turn and release
Sit on the seat of machine
Before reversing, lift the squeegee

Use less aggressive brushes suitable
for the floor to be cleaned, reset the
breaker
Clean the brush hub

breaker
Empty the recovery tank

Re-connect
