    Bedienungsanleitung Vierdorncrimpzange PEW 8.75 (8-Punktcrimp) 1 Allgemeines Die Vierdorncrimpzange PEW 8.75 ist eine Handcrimpzange gefertigt nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln. Die Handcrimpzange darf nur in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand benutzt werden. Die Zange ist nur für den in der Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Zweck zu verwenden. Eine eigenmächtige Veränderung oder eine nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung der Handcrimpzange schließt eine Haftung des Herstellers für daraus resultierende Schäden aus.

    Bedienungsanleitung Vierdorncrimpzange PEW 8.75 (8-Punktcrimp) 3 Beschreibung der Zange Die Zange besteht aus einem beweglichen Zangenschenkel mit Ratsche und Führung für Öffnungsbegrenzung, einem festen Zangenschenkel mit Sperrklinke und Skala (Millimetereinteilung), Notlösehebel, der Stelleinrichtung mit Stellrad für 1/100 mm Teilung, den Crimpstempeln und einem 12-teiligen um 360 Grad drehbaren Locator zur Positionierung der Kontakte.

    Bedienungsanleitung Vierdorncrimpzange PEW 8.75 (8-Punktcrimp) Wechsel des Locators Der Wechsel des Locators erfolgt durch Lösen der Innensechskantschraube mittels Schlüssel. Anschließend kann der Locator entgegen des Uhrzeigersinns von der Innensechskantschraube problemlos abgedreht werden. ACHTUNG! Nicht auf den Lehrdorn oder andere vergleichbare Gegenstände crimpen, um Beschädigungen der Zange zu vermeiden.
