LED Status
After one minute, the LED in the Stop/Start button flashes red again until the error has been corrected.

– Trip the circuit breaker.
– Check the contactor connections.
– Reset the circuit breaker.
– If the error code persists, contact customer
service.
– Trip the circuit breaker.
– Check the charging cable connections to the
electronics.
– Reset the circuit breaker.
– If the error code persists, contact customer
service.
– Trip the circuit breaker.
– Check the connections inside the Wallbox
Pure.
– Reset the circuit breaker.
– If the error code persists, contact customer
service.
– Trip the circuit breaker.
– Check the charging cable connections to the
electronics.
– Reset the circuit breaker.
– If the error code persists, contact customer

– Trip the circuit breaker.
– Check the protective earth ground
connection inside the Wallbox Pure (green
and yellow cable).
– Reset the circuit breaker.
