Mic sensitivity is too low

Solution
Adjust mic sensitivity higher
using up button 2
Replace with new battery or
check connection
Adjust mic sensitivity lower
using down button 3 such that
transmitter become voice
activated
Replace with new battery or use
switching power supply
Move the transmitter and
receiver closer together
Perform pairing again
Recharge battery using charger
stand or replace with new
battery or use switching power
supply
Put battery pack back into
battery compartment
Replace with new rechargeable
battery
Switch off night light
Switch off vibration alert
Remove the electrical
appliances or re-locate the
transmitter far away from
source of interference
Re-locate baby & parent unit
