Unit features:

Integral 64 MB memory that allows recordings up to 272
minutes long without requiring an additional external memory
(compact flash card).
Direct recordings from a microphone, CD player or similar
device via a connecting socket on the front.
Simple editing options: repeat, EQ, record, mute, A->B, delete,
etc.
Specifications:
Memory can be extended to a maximum capacity of 512 MB
using compact flash cards.

Recording bit rates: MP3 128 kbit/s, 80 kbit/s, 32 kbit/s
Inputs: USB, 3,5mm phone-jack
Illuminated 2-line LCD display

Slot for CF cards (8MB – 512 MB)

Description:
This MP3 player uses standard compact flash cards as a storage
medium. These CF cards are often used in digital cameras and PCs
3 different recording resolutions are available.
The signal can be recorded directly from the FP1.
Operation:
ON/OFF:
Press and hold the power button (M8) for two seconds to switch on
the unit.
Transferring MP3 files:
There are three different ways of transferring MP3 files to the unit:
1.
Connect the USB socket (M3) to the PC using the USB cable
supplied.
2.
Insert a CF card into the slot (M2) to play MP3 files.
3.
You can connect an additional playback device to the VOC
input socket (M5) using a cable (with 3.5 mm mini jack).
If a CF card is not inserted, the MP3 player plays MP3 files from its
own integral memory. In this mode "MEM" appears on the display
(Fig. 1). When a CF card is inserted, the MP3 player always plays the
files on the CF card first. In this mode "CF" appears on the display.
