5. Anschlußpläne und Geräteliste

6. Verhalten bei Störungen
Siehe auch Betriebsanleitung der jeweiligen Antriebsmaschine ROLLER'S Ro-
bot.
6.1. Störung
Falsche Nutmaße (Breite bzw. Tiefe).
Ursache
· Falsche Nutrollen eingesetzt.
· Nutrollen abgenutzt.
· Falschen Vorschubweg mit der Einstellscheibe gewählt.
6.2. Störung
Maschine läuft nicht an.
Ursache
· Not-Aus nicht entriegelt.
· Motorschutzschalter hat ausgelöst.
· Abgenutzte oder schadhafte Kohlebürsten.
6.3. Störung
Kein Vorschub der Nutrolle.
Ursache
· Druckbegrenzungsventil nicht geschlossen.
· Zu wenig Hydrauliköl im System, System undicht.
· Vorschubzylinder defekt.
6.4. Störung
Keine Mitnahme des Rohres.
Ursache
· Nutrollen abgenutzt
· Spannfutter der Antriebsmaschine nicht geschlossen.
· Zu wenig Hydrauliköl im System, System undicht.
6.5. Störung
Rohr läuft aus den Nutrollen.
Ursache
· Rohr nicht achsparallel zur Maschine ausgerichtet.
· Nutrollen abgenutzt oder defekt.
7. Hersteller-Garantie
Die Garantiezeit beträgt 12 Monate nach Übergabe des Neuproduktes an den
Erstverwender, höchstens jedoch 24 Monate nach Auslieferung an den Händler.
Der Zeitpunkt der Übergabe ist durch die Einsendung der Original-Kaufunterla-
gen nachzuweisen, welche die Angaben des Kaufdatums und der Produktbe-
zeichnung enthalten müssen. Alle innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftretenden Funk-
tionsfehler, die nachweisbar auf Fertigungs- oder Materialfehler zurückzuführen
sind, werden kostenlos beseitigt. Durch die Mängelbeseitigung wird die Garan-
tiezeit für das Produkt weder verlängert noch erneuert. Schäden, die auf natürli-
che Abnutzung, unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Missbrauch, Missachtung von
Betriebsvorschriften, ungeeignete Betriebsmittel, übermäßige Beanspruchung,
zweckfremde Verwendung, eigene oder fremde Eingriffe oder andere Gründe, die
ROLLER nicht zu vertreten hat, zurückzuführen sind, sind von der Garantie aus-
geschlossen.
Garantieleistungen dürfen nur von einer autorisierten ROLLER Vertrags-Kun-
dendienstwerkstatt erbracht werden. Beanstandungen werden nur anerkannt,
wenn das Produkt ohne vorherige Eingriffe in unzerlegtem Zustand einer autori-
sierten ROLLER Vertrags-Kundendienstwerkstatt eingereicht wird. Ersetzte Pro-
dukte und Teile gehen in das Eigentum von ROLLER über.
Die Kosten für die Hin- und Rückfracht trägt der Verwender.
Die gesetzlichen Rechte des Verwenders, insbesondere seine Mängelansprüche
gegenüber dem Händler, bleiben unberührt. Diese Hersteller-Garantie gilt nur für
Neuprodukte, welche in der Europäischen Union, in Norwegen oder in der Schweiz
gekauft werden.
EG-Konformitätserklärung
ROLLER, D-71306 Waiblingen, erklärt, daß die beschrie-
benen Produkte mit den entsprechenden europäischen
Normen EN 292, EN 50144-1, EN 55014-1, EN 60335-1,
EN 60204-1, EN 61029-1, prEN 61029-2-9 gemäß den
Bestimmungen der EG-Richtlinien 73/23/EWG,
89/336/EWG und 98/37/EG übereinstimmen.

Safety directions for roll grooving attachment!
· Only operate the machine with the roll grooving attachment when the machi-
ne is firmly secured to the workbench or bolted to a stand, as there is a risk
of it tipping over with heavy workpieces in particular.
· Provide support for longer workpieces.
· Do not reach into the rotating rollers of the roll grooving unit.
· Do not work on the roll grooving attachment without the front and rear safety
guards.
· The feed lever on the hydraulic hand pump might in some circumstances flip
back. Ensure that you always stand to the side of the hydraulic hand pump
and that your body is outside the movement radius of the feed lever.
· Do not extend the feed lever.

If the ROLLER'S roll grooving attachment is mounted on one of the threa-
ding machines ROLLER'S Robot, the dimension H stated in the respective
instructions for use is increased by 170 mm.

If the ROLLER'S roll grooving attachment is mounted on one of the threa-
ding machines ROLLER'S Robot, the weight stated in the respective in-
structions for use is increased by 14 kg (difference between tool set and
ROLLER'S roll grooving attachment).
2. Commissioning
Important: Transport weights exceeding 35 kg must be carried by two people.
2.1. Roll grooving machine ROLLER'S Robot RG
For transportation, the machine can be lifted by its guide arms (8) at the
front, and by a pipe inserted into the quick-action hammer chuck (1) and gui-
de chuck (2) at the rear.
Fasten the machine to the workbench or folding stand using the 2 bolts
supplied. It is essential to ensure that the machine is horizontal. Open the
quick-action hammer chuck (1). Slide the roll grooving unit onto the guide
arms (8) until the drive shaft of the roll grooving unit is projecting with its 3
faces into the quick-action hammer chuck. Close the latter until the clam-
ping jaws are in contact with the 3 faces of the drive shaft. With the clam-
ping ring (9), tighten the drive shaft after a brief opening movement with one
or two hard turns. Position and bolt the hydraulic hand pump (10).
2.2. ROLLER'S roll grooving attachment on ROLLER'S Robot 2 L and 4 L
Refer to instructions for use of ROLLER'S Robot. Swing in the pipe cutter
and the inner pipe deburrer. Undo the wing screw on the clamping ring.
Remove the oil pan with the cuttings tray. Remove the tool set. Close off the
mechanical lubricant pump by connecting the hose end detached from the
tool holder to the intake side of the pump; lubricant must circulate inside the
pump to prevent it being damaged. Ensure without fail that the machine is
horizontal.
