INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Lay the safety pad (2) over the frame, checking
that it completely covers the frame and all springs,
and secure it to the frame.
Erection
Place the trampoline on a flat, stable surface.
Jumpers must not be able to come in contact with
wires, branches or other obstructions to jumping.
There must be at least 7.3 metres of headroom
above the mat and 4 metres of space measured
vertically in all directions from the centre of the
mat.
If the trampoline is to be outdoors, ensure it is
tied down with guide ropes/wires and sturdy pegs
(not included). Do not leave out in stormy weather
and cover the mat with a waterproof sheet when
not in use.
Using your trampoline
Getting on and off
Crawl carefully up onto the trampoline.
Never pull the safety pads, tread on the springs
and never jump down onto the mat from
something else, such as a wall or ladder.
Always help small children on and off the
trampoline.

Clothing
T-shirts and shorts/tracksuit trousers and bare feet
or soft-soled trainers. First-timers should wear
long-sleeved clothes to avoid the risk of scratches
and grazes. Do not use hard-soled shoes such as
tennis or running shoes, as they wear the mat out
quickly.
Basic jumps
Get used to the feeling of bouncing on the
trampoline, and become confident with basic
jumps.
A controlled jump is when you land on the same
spot you took off from.
Always bounce in the middle of the mat, never
on the edges or the springs. Stop jumping if you
cannot stay in the middle. The mat has a white
cross to help you bounce in the same spot.
You can stop bouncing up again by bending your
knees when you hit the mat. Practice this technique
along with basic jumps. It is very important to be
able to stop bouncing before you get out of
control!
