Mixing desk
Mono-bridge mode
In this operation mode, the two channels of the power amplifier are interconnected.
This connection mode provides a considerably higher output; however, only one
channel is thereby available. This is, for example, very useful to operate high power
consuming subwoofers.
In mono-bridge mode, only the XLR (9) or the jack input socket (8) CH-1 and the
volume control CHANNEL 1 (5) are used. Each channel is, nevertheless, still secure
due to its own protection circuits.

Set the AMP MODE (11) switch to the
"BRIDGE" position.
Connect the output of your audio source
(mixing desk, equalizer etc) to the corre-
sponding input terminal on the power
amplifier.
Connect the loudspeaker to the corre-
sponding loudspeaker connections.
Connection example:
The power amplifier is used here as a subwoofer amplifier. The impedance of the
connected subwoofer may not exceed 4 Ohm in this operation mode.

Connect the output of the audio source
to the XLR (9) or jack input socket CH 1
(8).
Connect the positive pole of the louds-
peaker to the red loudspeaker output ter-
minal (13) labelled with "CH-1 OUTPUT"
and the negative pole of the loudspeaker
to the red loudspeaker output terminal
(13) labelled with "CH-2 OUTPUT".
