Failure: Yellow LED „Pump on" is list and the
metering pump is operating, but no water is
pumped. After approx. 0 minutes the yellow
LED goes off, and the red LED „Too low" lights
up, and the metering pump is switched off.
Cause: No water in tank.
Remedy: Fill in water.
Cause: Air in metering pump, after refilling the
storage tank, for example.
Remedy: Incline or turn the pump below water;
undo feed hose briefly from the pump.
Cause: Hose kinked or clogged.
Remedy: Check hose.
Failure: Water is filled continuously, although
this is not necessary at all.
Cause: Air bubble have formed around the sensor.
The sensor thus assumes it is not located in the
water.
Remedy: Use detergent to clean the sensor.
Cause: Siphon effect of the feed hose due to wrong
installation.
Remedy: The water level of the storage container
must not be higher than the end of the feed hose;
please refer to the chapter titled "Attachment of
the feed hose".
Disfonctionnements : La LED jaune «Pump
on» est allumée et la pompe fonctionne, mais
aucune eau n'arrive. Après 0 min., la LED jaune
s'éteint, la LED rouge «Too low» s'allume et la
pompe s'arrête.
Raisons : Réservoir vide.
Solutions : Remplir le réservoir.
Raisons : La pompe de dosage comporte un poche
d'air suite au remplissage du réservoir.
Solutions : Inclinez ou secouez la pompe. Décrochez
éventuellement le tuyau d'alimentation.
Raisons : Tuyau plié ou bouché.
Solutions : Vérifiez le bon passage du tuyau.
Disfonctionnements : De l'eau est constamment
rajoutée malgré un niveau correct.
Raisons: Des bulles d'air se sont accumulées
autour du capteur, le capteur se voit ainsi hors
de l'eau.
Solutions: Nettoyez le capteur avec une solution
nettoyante.
Raisons : Effet de siphon au niveau du tuyau
d'alimentation
en
installation.
Solutions : Le niveau d'eau dans le réservoir ne
doit pas être plus haut que la sortie d'eau du
tuyau, voir Fixation du tuyau d'amenée d'eau.
