• It has to be ensured, that during transient processes (approx. 2 s till the display test disappears) and power
down processes no counting pulses or control signals are applied to ensure, that misinterpretations of the
logic do not happen.
After an unplanned power drop adequate actions may be necessary. (E.g. Going back to the reference point)
If the supply voltage drops below 9 V when switching off the device or due a power breakdown, all outputs
are switched off immediately

• The machine/plant manufacturer shall be responsible for the preparation of operating instructions / plant

o Description of the settings to be adjusted by the machine/plant operator;
o Information concerning the occupational safety requirements and possible hazards arising from the operation
