These operating instructions contain important information concerning the installation, connection and program-
ming of the counter.
Description of the programming sequence:
- Programming of the function codes
- Programming of the signal times
- Programming of the presettings
- Programming of the prescaleer
Before starting to run the machine/plant is in operation, all functions that are not allowed to be changed by the operator
have to be blocked.
The executed programming functions have to be documented.
The counter 0721.2xx / 0721.3xx und 0721.4xx are designed to replace the counter 0721.1xx. See chapter 6.
